Reject Repoly Prize Lottery – Terms and Conditions

 

1.    The Lottery draw is conducted by Reject RePoly Incorporated on behalf of Southern Highlands Matters Incorporated to raise funds for the legal case against RePoly Pty Ltd in the Land and Environment Court.

2.    Entries open at 4pm AEST on Monday 28 September 2026. Each donation of $50 or more received during the promotion period earns one entry into the Lottery draw. Multiple qualifying donations earn one entry each.

3.    The prize pool is $5,000 OF ESTABLISHED TREES & PLANTS from Winter Hill Tree Farm, A $5,000 VOUCHER To spend across Gubbins Mitre 10, Total Tools, Betta Electrical and Highlands Selection Centre , A CHRISTMAS COCKTAIL PARTY AT YOUR HOME FOR 20 PEOPLE* Catered by Brigid Kennedy of The Loch Events. The prize is not redeemable for cash. The winner will be contacted about details of how to claim their prize.

4.    Entries close at 11:59 pm AEDT on Sunday 18 October 2026. Donations received after this time will not be entered into the prize draw.

5.    Three winners will be selected at random at 4pm AEDT on Monday 19 October 2026. Reject RePoly Inc will contact the winner using the details provided with their donation.

 

*The Christmas Cocktail party offer applies throughout December 2026, not a Saturday evening. Date to be agreed directly with Brigid Kennedy.

Reject Repoly is a community campaign representing the strong local opposition to the plastics recycling factory proposed by Repoly for a greenfield site in Moss Vale. The campaign raises awareness and funds to support the legal challenge against the project. The campaign is coordinated by Reject Repoly Inc.
